What Can You Do to Quickly Feel Better? 5 Tips to Start Feeling Better Today!



Making just a couple changes lifestyle can make immediate big differences to how you feel and your lifestyle.

Here's some tips to fast track you towards better health and feeling great ASAP! 

Exercise
  • Make 30 minutes of exercise a day (minimum) part of your daily lifestyle. We are designed to move everyday. Not just 3 days per week. An active person has energy to burn EVERYDAY!
  • Regular exercise reduces mental and muscular stress, promotes better sleep behaviour, increases your energy and is great for your heart. 
  • Plan your exercise. The best exercisers schedule exercise into their diary. At the beginning of the week set aside time for your daily exercise: a morning cycle before or to work, a lunchtime walk or an afternoon session at the gym or your way home.
  • Make it social. Make a date with a friend to exercise. You'll enjoy it more, plus keep the two (or more )of you motivated.
  • Start this weekend! You know you'll never get around to it if you don't start today or tomorrow. Get out your diary and book in some daily ME time to exercise and rejuvenate.
