What is Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)?
EMS is short for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. Another term commonly used is eStim. Ultimately it means that you can use an electrical current to stimulate and subsequently strengthen your muscles.
EMS machines help with a wide variety of muscle related problems (weakness, spasm, speed of contraction etc) and is widely used by physiotherapists around the world.
