Remedial Massage Therapist Mick Craven!
Mick has over 13 years’ experience in the health industry, spending several years as a Personal Trainer, Martial Arts Instructor and Lifestyle Coach.
In addition to his remedial, sports and deep tissue massage qualifications, Mick is also trained in Chinese massage therapy, Tuina, using the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and specialised massage techniques to most effectively identify and treat the cause of the presenting condition. The particular strength of this therapy is the ability to view the client as a whole in order to encourage a lasting return to health and balance.
In addition to massage therapy, Mick also utilises cupping therapy and dry needling, which works particularly well when combined with traditional massage techniques and Chinese massage therapy.
Over the years, Mick has worked with a broad range of clientele from busy professionals to athletes, clients with chronic diseases, war veterans and many other people in between.
